I've been looking for mechanic for some time. Use to do my own car repairs, but now to old. Read reviews about Pinellas Auto and took a chance. My car needed a lot of work, as I wanted to bring it back to working "like new". I called and related all that was wrong and/or all that needed to be checked. Shannon, the office manager, was so very polite and helpful. She took all info and stated they would get to work on my car, and called with almost daily reports and updates. Shannon even helped me make a claim to my insurance, as a squrriel had done damage to my dash, electrical and ac parts. My car was at the shop for 2 weeks, and she even helped me get a rental that my insurance paid for. I cannot say enough about the staff at Pinellas Auto. My car has many miles on it and it now runs like the day I bought it. I have never in my 65 years had a team that has worked as professionally, and courteously as the staff at Pinellas Auto. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
