Replaced brakes on my 2012 Odyssey with upgraded, non-OEM brakes. Good recommendation and the work was done as promised. Less expensive than Honda for better parts.

Worst

Your staff returned my truck with bad brakes, after I had you redo the complete brake job. You need to have a qualified tech to review completed work for quality and safety issue...

Fast Friendly Service 9/9/2014

I am new to the area and was experiencing trouble starting my car...scared that I would get stranded in an unfamiliar place, I needed someone to look at my van right away. The people at Pinellas Auto were friendly and eager to help. They checked out my van and had me back on the streets in about an hour! Thanks again for the help. more

Friendly staff 8/24/2014

Pricing was fair and workmanship was very good. I do have one issue however. It seems that the mechanic failed to put a carpet protector prior to getting into the vehicle. There is sever grease stains on the interior side panel and a rather large grease smudge on the carpet and floor mat. I will return for additional repairs as needed and to have you remove the grease stains. more

Great people and excellent service! 8/12/2014

I was very happy that I listened to my neighbor and took my VW to Pinellas auto. I am new to the area and I was treated as if I was a long time customer and now I will be! The over heating problem was solved and we did preventive repairs at the same time. Excellent !!! Car runs like new. more

On a recommendation from a friend, I have been taking both of my cars to Pinellas Auto for over 6 years now. Best advise I ever received! They are efficient, thorough, very accommodating, and great mechanics. I have never been unhappy with any of their repair work. I have no reason to look elsewhere to service my cars.... more

After a little misunderstanding, I returned to Pinellas Auto and, as usual, was very happy with the service and repair. After so many years, they know me and my vehicle and treat both with respect. Next car starts there to be checked out and then maintained for years to come. Thank you Shannon, both Pauls (father and son) and even grandma who came to the rescue to pick me up. more
