The staff was very friendly and they have a nice waiting room. This was my first visit here but not my last. As a new customer I enjoyed a complementary oil change. After the oil change was finished, the staff went through the diagnostics of my vehicle. They were very thorough. The only down side was that even though I had an appointment for the oil change and waited in their nice waiting room, it still took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get the oil changed. Next time I will drop off my car.
