Worst dental experience ever 5/11/2006

The work was horrible and way overpriced. My wife is now having to go to another dentist, two days later, to have the work that Castle did on a cavity fixed. I'm in the process of disputing the charges with Castle, but I doubt anything will come of it. On top of it all, they charged us $45 for a copy of the X-Rays (I called five other dentists and no others charge anything) and I had to make three trips to the office to pick them up (They'd tell me they'd be ready so I'd show up and they wouldn't have them). Go anywhere but here. Cons: Poor work, Poor attitude, Fear tactics more

This place is a joke! 3/13/2006

WIth dental care as expensive as it is. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. They're not friendly, the staff is uncaring and the Dentists are bottom feeders! My opinion, of course! When I went in for a root canal, they charged me an arm and a leg and I was in worse shape when I left. I had to see another dentist to completely fix the problem. Go somewhere else and save yourself the agravation. PROS: None! CONS: more

You get what you pay for 1/26/2006

Because of my immediate need and lack of insurance I had little choice but to use Castle Dental.. The price is a little cheaper then others but you get what you pay for.. If all you need is fillings done and don't care waiting a couple extra hours past your appointment, this office is adequate. I have more work that I need done but I don't ever plan on using them again.. more

Too much pain 11/17/2005

I decided to use Castle Dental to get my teeth cleaned because my insurance had not kicked in yet and they had a good price for teeth cleaning. The girl that did my teeth did a very quick and painful job. I have never had my gums bleed so badly and the teeth themselves did not even look that clean. A couple of months later when the insurance kicked in I went to a regular dentist and they told me my last cleaning was not very good. I think you get what you pay for here. more
