Very flexible and efficient 12/7/2016

Our appointment was accelerated due to a cancellation so we got our check up done 3 weeks earlier than scheduled. A repair was required and the technician went to get the new part and install it, even though the work delayed the end of his day. And it was his wife's birthday. That's dedication. more

Urgent visit to fix humidifier leak 11/11/2016

Peterman tech arrived in short order to correct a previous repair problem which caused water leak into walk in closet. The tech offered a fair settlement for the problem by drying the wet carpeting and pad and replacing pad and cleaning of the carpet. The gentleman was very empathetic and wanted to correct the problem to our satisfaction. We are thankful for the good service to correct the issue for us. more

Very Good Experience 10/19/2016

Mr. Roundtree, Jimmy, and Mario all did a great job helping me to get a new furnace. I appreciated Jimmy and Mario working so hard to get the installation completed and cleaning up after themselves, Mr. Roundtree was very helpful in helping me choose a new furnace. HVAC system check - we would like an explanation of: Gas Pressure Out was marked as 3.8/ could not get off to regulate? Water Heater we have some concerns: Exhaust pipe is crooked-it was cut uneven on one end then attached to new heater.. Our water alarm will not fit in the pan (that is how we found the problem). Ball valve returned to drain line - needs to be retrieved from old water heater and put on our new heater (in case we have to drain it). We would appreciate printed literature for the Bradford White water heater - it would be impossible for myself or my wife to get on our hands and knees to read the instructions on the tank. Giving a review for your services is no problem, we have been a customer probably 25 years and have never had a problem. All of your service people have been very prompt, mannerly, never pushing to sell customer something, they explain in detail what is needed and suggest what they think would work best. I would never hesitate to recommend Peterman to anyone. Keep up the good work. Thanks for all your service! more

A native of Beech Grove, Pete decided after 3 years working for someone else in the heating industry, it was time to go out on his own.
