Great work and customer service 1/20/2018

We purchased a new furnace, AC unit, and home humidifier from Peterman about 2yrs ago. They have great customer service and products. They are not the cheapest place on the market but their customer service (installation, service plans, scheduling) is outstanding and they do the job correctly. Our furnace, AC, & humidifier are working great. I would recommend them to anyone...businesses and home owners alike. more

Heating Maintenance 10/25/2017

C. Jones of Peterman Heating and Cooling serviced my heating unit for the winter. My service rep was very efficient, courteous, (respectful of my carpet - wore shoe coverings), and knowledgeable . He explained my humidifier to me and was a great help. I would highly recommend them. more

I receive very good service having the contract with Peterman to come twice a year to check the heat pump and furnace. They also service my humidifier. Derek did an outstanding job today getting me ready for winter. more

Very happy & pleased from start to finish... 10/20/2017

My water heater went out. I called this company and received very excellent results. The young lady took down all of my concerns and sent a plumber (Drew) out to my home right away. He knew what to do-a real professional... A bit pricey, but well worth it-I have hot water tonight... I will use Drew from Peterman for other plumbing issues and projects. I would rate them 5 out of 5. Thanks so very much, Richard more

Taylor Road Sewer Clean Out 9/2/2017

Appreciate having service on Sat. on a long weekend.. Was not so with other plumbers. Had good conversations with ED on the phone and he did what he could to alleviate the problem. Needed follow up work on the outside to install a clean out that was not there. more

Charles was here and did a review of my air conditioning system. He seemed very knowledgeable about air systems, but he was having trouble explaining it to me. I knew what he was talking about, but he just wasn't able to explain it in layman's terms. more

A native of Beech Grove, Pete decided after 3 years working for someone else in the heating industry, it was time to go out on his own. With Pete's wife Beth pregnant with their first child (Chad), this was not the most popular decision in the Peterman household, but one that would forever change the lives of this young family. If there is one thing Pete knew he would have to do out on his own, it was go over and above to make sure his customers were satisfied. Over the past 30 years, this has been the driving force behind the company and its continued growth. At, Peterman it is our goal each and every day to provide the best possible customer service experience.
