Peterman tech arrived in short order to correct a previous repair problem which caused water leak into walk in closet. The tech offered a fair settlement for the problem by drying the wet carpeting and pad and replacing pad and cleaning of the carpet. The gentleman was very empathetic and wanted to correct the problem to our satisfaction. We are thankful for the good service to correct the issue for us.
