Throughout the entire process of making an appointment, getting a quote, and installation, every representative was professional, friendly, and punctual. They also provided payment options that best suited my family's needs. I would ABSOLUTELY use their services in the future. more

Water Heater Installation 6/7/2017

I recently had a water heater installed by Peterman Heating and Cooling. Technicians were professional, informative, friendly and passionate about their work. You could tell that they loved what they do and enjoyed working for Peterman. They explained exactly what they needed to do and provided me with some options that were all explained carefully. Customer Service skills of this team was outstanding. Would highly recommend this team to anyone! more

Service call 6/1/2017

Drew Thompson, the technician who performed the service, was very professional and customer service skills were outstanding. He explained everything thoroughly and was very open and honest and detail oriented He helped me make the correct choice in figuring out what made the most sense for my home. It was obvious he loves what he does and the company he works and also takes a lot of pride in his work. more

Routine A/C service 5/4/2017

First of all. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Petermans to say that our A/C service scheduled for July, could be done that day! I had really wanted it serviced before we needed a/c, so this was wonderful news! Matt arrived promptly, was very professional, and started to work immediately... after being properly greeted by our 4 legged family! Matt answered all my questions thoroughly....our A/C is about 17 years old and we're trying to keep it in good running condition for as long as possible. I definitely will request Matt to come when we need service again! Thanks for the great employees Peterman H&C!!!! more

Plumbing work - Greenwood 46142 4/28/2017

Work done the same day I called,thank you. Work done at rental property. Justin was professional no interaction with the other technician. I would like to state I found a coupon $75.00 that I can't use out of $1700 dollar job I think there could be an exception. Also I'm not liking that I have to print out the paperwork on jobs I'm using my ink & paper. I want the paperwork sent to me by mail for all jobs done at ...... including the heat & AC checks. more

A native of Beech Grove, Pete decided after 3 years working for someone else in the heating industry, it was time to go out on his own. With Pete's wife Beth pregnant with their first child (Chad), this was not the most popular decision in the Peterman household, but one that would forever change the lives of this young family. If there is one thing Pete knew he would have to do out on his own, it was go over and above to make sure his customers were satisfied. Over the past 30 years, this has been the driving force behind the company and its continued growth.
