First of all. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Petermans to say that our A/C service scheduled for July, could be done that day! I had really wanted it serviced before we needed a/c, so this was wonderful news! Matt arrived promptly, was very professional, and started to work immediately... after being properly greeted by our 4 legged family! Matt answered all my questions thoroughly....our A/C is about 17 years old and we're trying to keep it in good running condition for as long as possible. I definitely will request Matt to come when we need service again! Thanks for the great employees Peterman H&C!!!!
