The team was headed by Curtis, and his attentiveness, fairness, honesty, and straight talk was absolutely essential in solving our problems regarding our sewer connection, the pipes in this older home, and the water connection. We had problems that were of long standing, and he and his team solved them. The problems were of such magnitude that anyone else would have thrown up their hands and left, but not Curtis, and not his team. They just kept at it, and have transformed a house that we were considering leaving to a home that we are finally comfortable in. The odors, the septic problems, the water and mold problems seemed insurmountable to us, but these guys are simply the best. more

Jeramie did some great problem solving to help us figure out a solution.? He coordinated with City of Boise workers to make sure that we were taken care of quickly.? He was very professional and worked very hard- staying late a couple of nights so that we did not have to sleep elsewhere.? He is definitely an asset to A-1 Plumbing.? how great of a job 1/24/2011

My husband and I would like to let you know about how great of a job one of your plumbers did for us.? We started out with what we thought was just a clogged drain... This soon turned into a major plumbing adventure! From the very first time that Jeramie McCarty arrived, we had absolutely great service.? He worked into the evening getting us enough drain to make it through the night.? He was back the next day uncovering the magnitude of our sewer problem (I now know more about 1940's sewer system than most)!? more

No matter who it is that shows up to service the problem they are even better than the last plumber that was sent before.  Your staff is so accommodating and patient and also fair.  I have told everyone about you and if they ever need any type of plumbing services of any kind they need to call A1 Plumbing.  I wanted to let your employees know how valuable they are and how good they are.  It really is a pleasure dealing with you guys and I wanted to thank you for your great services.  Keep up the great work!"" more
