Great Product, great people, simple process 11/5/2013

Just bought my second Subie from Patriot. Process was about as painless as the first purchase; I recall that one taking just an hour. They don't resort to all the old dealer tricks, such as hijacking your keys (to old vehicle) and the people are a pleasure to deal with. ...And as a NH resident, purchases of vehicles in Maine are tax free of course, so no reason not to shop there. more

I really like Patriot Subaru because the sales people are knowledgable and and curteous and I like the service personnel because they are efficient, on time and don't try to sell you something that you don't need. The showroom etc. is always clean and everyone is friendly. more

Great Sales person 11/4/2013

We were going to Subaru knowing we were going to buy a vehicle. Our sales person Matt was very knowledgable of the Subaru product and made us feel very welcomed to the dealership. After the car was detailed, Matt did a walk around with us and I saw a few missed spots. Matt had the detailer come out and address immediately. I would suggest to any of my friends, family, or colleagues thinking about a Subaro to meet with Matt. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the finance manager. If we had not already signed the papers we would have walked out. The finance manager did not agree with a decision we made, and made it known several times during the time we spent with him. After we signed the papers and were waiting for the vehicle to be finished, I overheard the finance manager bad mouthing us to another Subaru employe AS I WAS STANDING IN THE SALES ROOM next to his office. Myself, being in customer service felt this was very un-professional and like I said, would have cancelled the sale had we not already signed. more

The Patriot team is great 11/3/2013

First, I love the new Forester, it is roomy and drives well. It is in my opinion, the best small SUV out there, and I drove just about them all. The team, Brian Beattie, Lonny Martin, Tiny Roberst and Doug Johnson, were wonderful to work with. I feel I got a more than a fair deal. more

We had a wonderful experience. Mike D was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We also benefited from help from Jonathon and Loni. Mike knew every answer to any technical question we had. Buying a car is stressfull but I left there happy! more
