We were going to Subaru knowing we were going to buy a vehicle. Our sales person Matt was very knowledgable of the Subaru product and made us feel very welcomed to the dealership. After the car was detailed, Matt did a walk around with us and I saw a few missed spots. Matt had the detailer come out and address immediately. I would suggest to any of my friends, family, or colleagues thinking about a Subaro to meet with Matt.
Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the finance manager. If we had not already signed the papers we would have walked out. The finance manager did not agree with a decision we made, and made it known several times during the time we spent with him. After we signed the papers and were waiting for the vehicle to be finished, I overheard the finance manager bad mouthing us to another Subaru employe AS I WAS STANDING IN THE SALES ROOM next to his office. Myself, being in customer service felt this was very un-professional and like I said, would have cancelled the sale had we not already signed.
