Excellent customer service! 10/31/2013

I am very happy with how i was treated at patriot subaru. They did everything they could to help this 19 year old girl afford a car. i was afraid that i was going to be taken advantage of and given something that was either too much for me to afford or not worth the price. That did not happen. I am very happy with my 2009 Toyota matrix. Thank you so much for finding me a perfect car and pay rate of 3.9! more

Went in for a simple oil change and they were able to buff out some scuffs right then and there making it look brand new! more

Very organized scheduling process 10/30/2013

I set up my service appointment via email. Follow up by email and appointment confirmed by service department. Dropped car off on Sunday evening using key drop. Vehicle recall work performed on schedule. A call received from Service Department Monday morning telling me the vehicles work was complete. more

Last Minute Service w/a Smile 10/30/2013

Was so pleased - picked up my husband after 5:00 the other night & took him to pick up his 2005 (he had it in for service & tires) While I was there, I mentioned to Wayne that Sears (while rotating my tires) told me I needed a new power steering belt. Even though it was late, Wayne had them change it out for me - and it was done very quickly. He also asked me if I had given up on my check engine light - it keeps going on and off - they checked it out and found out the work is covered under warranty - so I am delighted!!!!! I recommended Patriot to my sister-in-law, and she bought a 2013 Legacy from you (last week!) So yes - I am happy! more

Brought in my car for service that I had just purchased. They were prompt in getting the car in, have a great waiting room, Not only fixed the problem I had come in for , but there was a recall and they fixed that while I was there , avoiding me coming back. Polite service dept. more

Knowledgeable Salesman Without Pressure 10/29/2013

I went to Patriot not expecting to buy. They have a large selection of vehicles and ended up having one I was interested in to test drive. Vinnie was really great; he's very knowledgeable of the vehicles and conveys virtually no pressure. He has owned multiple Subarus and I'd a total gear head, which is a move change from salesmen that know less abbot a car than someone who spent 30 minutes on the Internet. In the end he had the car I was looking for at a reasonable price, without the typical haggling tactics. The experience was worth the hassle of buying the car out of state. I'm glad I decided to stop in! more

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and when it comes to service, they only do what is necessary..unlike other "big" automotive places. I am always happy leaving their business. more
