I would have preferred to not have to take the car the same day. The added options come on many vehicles these days. I would like a readable list of the costs... the vehicle pricing list. I don't recall anyone going over that with me; I didn't sign it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. more

Parts department is nice 11/18/2013

Everyone in the parts department is so nice even though I had to go back a 2nd time to have the same part replaced. I was not to happy with the shuttle. I signed up for the 730 shuttle and we did not leave the dealership until 750 because he was out getting gas and then talking with the service people. This made me 25 mins late to work. Normally when Ive taken the 730 shuttle I am not late for work. more

Outstanding service 11/18/2013

Was seen the same day I called about having a tire checked that a gone flat that same day. Everyone was pleasant, very customer service oriented. Thanks for the great service. more

Awesome, Friendly, Competitive Pricing - Simply Super! 11/16/2013

Patriot Subaru is AWESOME! Just had them put 4 new tires on my Outback after doing some competitive shopping. Patriot's was right in line with other tire dealers. Typically, we haven't stuck with the dealership where we've purchased a car but with our Outback, we have since we purchased the car in 2011. Thank you Patriot Subaru for your friendly staff and super service! Keep it up! more

My experience @ Patriots was a very good one. Everyone was friendly and thoughtful. When asked what I was looking for you were able to give me exactly what I described to test drive,. This enabled me to get a wonderful glimpse of what it would be like to own the perfect Subaru for me. I absolutely LOVE my new Forrester! more

Originally I had expected just to browse. Having researched the vehicle and the dealership, it was time to look at the product. Cory was very helpful and suprised us when he showed us a car I hadn't seen on the website. Coupled with a final price which fit my requirements, I found it easy to buy. Thanks again to Cory and the rest of the staff. To the owner, you have people to be proud of. more
