When I purchased my vehicle I was sold on the service package because they said they could pick up and return my car to me at the office (if nearby). Turns out this is not a service they normally do, however, they stood by their word for my first service. While I don't intend to take advantage of this mistake for future service, it was very nice that they followed through this time. I had my car picked up and returned within a few hours. Very happy with my first experience with the service department at Patriot.
