2012 Impreza WRX 3/16/2014

My vehicle was in the service dept. for 12 days for a fuel problem. I used the Subaru roadside service (Still under warranty), and car was towed fro Portland. The contaminated fuel issue was caused from a recent fuel purchase. NOT a car failure, a diesel/gas mix! Twelve days later, the vehicle was repaired. My only complaint would be the length of time to get the car back. The dealer handled the repair professionally. In looking over my car after the repair, I found minor damage to a lower body molding. The service Manager immediately took responsibility for the damage and now I am waiting for my car to be repaired at a local body shop. I therefore will rate at four stars. The dealer is a very busy place and would tell anyone, if you need work done at Patriot, do not hesitate. Jeff-Scarborough, Me more

Everyone there is always very pleasant and it's obvious that they genuinely want to help you. I always feel that my time is appreciated by them and they always do their very best. Thoroughness and Competence 3/14/2014

The salesperson (Doug Johnson) who sold me my car was thorough in his explanations of the car's features and knowledge of the cars I test drove and eventually the car I bought. I have never been treated and respected by a salesperson so well. more

Several people came out to make sure I was being taken care of, or to make sure someone knew I was there ready to speak about the vehicles. The atmosphere was very energetic and enthusiastic. The confidence there is well earned, and nobody gave me a superior attitude, which was very refreshing! more

I had a great experience purchasing my new car this past Saturday! Doug was very patient with me (I'm very slow in making decisions and picky when it comes to everything). I never felt any pressure from Doug and he always went and got that other car I wanted to see. Thanks Patriot Subaru!!! more
