Regular maintenance 2/26/2014

Everyone is friendly (including to our Standard Poodle Audrey), looks out for your needs (including putting a turkey breast into the fridge while we waited) and finished the work in the time frame estimated. My husband appreciated the available computers. more

Transparent and service oriented 2/24/2014

The experience was positive from initially meeting the sales person I would be working with (Aaron) to the Business Manager who painstakingly completed and explained the mountain of paperwork (Bob.) it was a very busy Saturday and yet it seemed like every client was being engaged with a staff member in one way or another. Showroom and lot are very clean and organized, and the amenities offered that day were great (lunch.) more

They are great. The only reason I don't go to patriot Subaru all the time is due to distance I have to travel and they tend to be more expensive than other auto shops. Although customer service is always great!! more

While having car serviced, we complained about the performance of the tires recently put on as part of the tires for life program. An alignment was completed, but we are still not happy with the way the car handles in the snow. This is our 5th Subaru and it has been the worst in the snow. more
