Where there is tension/competition between a buyer and a seller - which is the name of the game!!! - rating a Dealer 'great' is a little naïve. However, reflecting on the selling/buying points, the skills and flexibility of the Patriot team was exemplary. more

Great Service as Usual!!! 3/20/2014

On Tuesday morning, I went in for routine service; an oil change. As usual, I was treated as a valued customer and with the same courtesy and friendliness I would receive if I were spending hundreds of dollars. I always feel treated with respect and honesty. more

I was so happy at Patriot. The employees went out of their way to make sure I was happy and that I got the car I most wanted. They stayed over an hour after closing to help me out and we're able to get me a better rate for financing than my trusted family bank. So happy I went to Patriot and LOVE my car!! more

Matt is a good salesman. Being in sales all my life I can spot a good one from a mile away. He was aggressive in a good way (I think all good sales people need this to succeed)without being pushy. He listened to what we needed and tried to make it for our budget. When I rated this I wanted to put 4.5 out of 5, not 4. more

Patriot has the friendliest, most accommodating and honest service department I've ever dealt with. Whether its a Subaru or other make, bought at Patriot or elsewhere, definitely recommend them as the only place for service in the Saco Maine area. more

Fantastic visit! 3/17/2014

My husband and I are expecting our first child in a few months and knew we wanted a safer car once baby arrived. We planned to go to a few different dealerships, but my heart was already set on the new Subaru Forester. We were greeted immediately by Doug Johnson who treated us like we were old friends. We were comfortable asking our questions and eventually going over the numbers with him. He was able to find us a car that was perfect for our growing family and we could not be happier with our purchase at Patriot Subaru. Needless to say, we did not go to any other dealerships because we didn't need to. Every person we talked to while we were there, gave us open and honest answers and we never felt pressured to buy. I will be recommending thus dealership to anyone looking for a new car! more
