My vehicle was in the service dept. for 12 days for a fuel problem. I used the Subaru roadside service (Still under warranty), and car was towed fro Portland. The contaminated fuel issue was caused from a recent fuel purchase. NOT a car failure, a diesel/gas mix! Twelve days later, the vehicle was repaired. My only complaint would be the length of time to get the car back. The dealer handled the repair professionally.
In looking over my car after the repair, I found minor damage to a lower body molding. The service Manager immediately took responsibility for the damage and now I am waiting for my car to be repaired at a local body shop.
I therefore will rate at four stars. The dealer is a very busy place and would tell anyone, if you need work done at Patriot, do not hesitate.
