Absolutely focused on serving the customer 11/6/2013

We just bought a 2013 RAV4. Our salesman, Jimmy Flint and the sales manager were both so personable. The customer facing facilities were impeccable, attractive, met the kids needs as well as adults with comfortable seating, beverages, space to have private conversations, interesting TV and so forth. Bottom line, we felt valued and appreciated. more

The people really care and are on the spot on 11/3/2013

I felt 5 hoours 4 if you count lunch is a might long to due a 30,000 mile service along with changing 4 tires. Would of thought 2-3 hours would of be plenty of time to accomplish this work. more
