Love the Parker Service Center 12/12/2013

I continue to drive from Spokane to CdA to have my RAV4 serviced, and I didn't buy it there! A simple oil/filter change, but all the fluids checked and tires too. And with welcoming smiles and gracious goodbyes. more

Family Friendly Atmosphere 12/12/2013

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent car buying experience at Parker Toyota. Our sales associate, Kurt Smith, was very knowledgeable and took all our questions to heart. We also found the finance director, Keith Richardson, to be pleasant and accommodating. We would definitely recommend Parker Toyota to our family and friends. We love our new Toyota Rav4! more

If ever buying a car at a dealership can be a pleasant experience, this was it. Everyone we dealt with made our "let's just look trip" an enjoyable buying experience. If ever we are in the market for another vehicle, Parker will be our first stop. more

My specific questions were answered when I called and came into the dealership, regarding what used and new cars on the lot were in my price range with the features I required. Sales manager negotiated a fair price and payment terms with me. Finance manager had excellent customer service. more

I have always been taken care of during my service appointments at Parker. All the service managers go out of their way to make sure I know what needs to be done to my vehicles and how long it will take. more

Excellent Customer Service 12/7/2013

I had my vehicle serviced for the 20,000 service/maintenance. I waited for the service to be complete, which was in a timely manner. During my wait, every employee I came in contact with had a smile on their face and either asked how I was doing, if I needed anything, or if I needed to be helped. This is why I make the drive to Parker Toyota. more

Great service/employees 12/7/2013

I was ill with 3 x day trips to hospital for treatment and didn't want to wait 3 hrs since I had no appointment. ..you got me in and out in an hour! I have always had an appointment. ..This was odd situation,so oo appreciated! more
