We just bought a 2013 RAV4. Our salesman, Jimmy Flint and the sales manager were both so personable. The customer facing facilities were impeccable, attractive, met the kids needs as well as adults with comfortable seating, beverages, space to have private conversations, interesting TV and so forth.
Bottom line, we felt valued and appreciated.
