Friendly and fast 10/17/2013

I was a walk in for an oil change. The shop was very friendly and my 4runner was done in less than an hour. Also I did not smell burnt oil from oil being spilled on my motor that alway happens at other shops. Parker Toyota is the best place to buy a new vehicle as they are fair by taking good care of you thru the painful buying process. Then they take excellent care of you after. more

We bought a car about five yrs ago here, It was quick and easy and there was no game of back and fourth. We came in again and were only looking to purchase a car here because of our first experience and because they support the local schools where we have children attending. Our experience started out not good but we hung in there ended up getting wonderful help from Jamie R. took what was not a pleasent experiece and restored our faith in Parker Toyota! more

First repair and impressions 10/16/2013

This was my first use of Parker Toyota having moved from the East coast. Our car needed a plastic interior piece repaired under warranty. The repair was performed with efficiency and I was on my way earlier than expected. I will return to Parker for maintenance when required. more

I live in Western Washington and I have our Toyota vehicles serviced only at Parker Toyota. We have received excellent customer service from day one and have consistently received excellent service for the many years we've been patronizing this company. We will not take our Toyota vehicles anywhere else! more

First 5000 mile check 10/15/2013

We have always taken our previous two Toyotas to Parker so naturally took our new Highlander there for its first service. As usual they were very efficient and thorough and our car was super clean when we picked it up. The new car smell was back. more

Very happy with car I bought from here! 10/15/2013

Craig was out salesman at our visit and he was very good. He took time with me to look at almost every car that was in my prince range. I didn't feel pushed into something that I didn't want. I'm happy with the car and payments that I got. Only gave 4 stars due to the wait time on paperwork. Wait time was almost 4 hours. more
