Attention to details and customer service 10/12/2013

My critique for my late Sept. service appointment was negative because a 5 minute diagnosis of fuel door opener problem took 2 hours. Thursdays appt. to install a small part took 5 minutes and Roger in service made sure I was happy when I left. more

THE SERVICE WAS FREE! I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH A TOYOTA TRUCK BACK IN 1984. PARKER AND TOYOTA CAME THROUGH AND RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM, COSTING THEM THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. SINCE THEN I HAVE OWNED OR LEASED FOUR OTHER VEHICLES AND AM VERY SATISFIED WITH ALL THE PERSONAL VEHICLE I RECEIVE. more
