Park n Jet Seatac

We had a great experience with Park N Jet! The front office and drivers were all courteous and friendly. We had a short wait (10min) for the shuttle to the airport and enjoyed hot coffee, hot chocolate and clean bathrooms. We returned very early am and waited less than 5 min for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Our car was in perfect condition, just as we left it. We will definitely use Park N Jet again. more

I've used Park n Jet a number of times and have always gotten a great price and service. It is not the fanciest facility, but I have never been disappointed with the parking experience. more

Used a groupon and got charged more money when I arrived, when I asked for an itemized receipt they refused to provide one since I paid with cash (I've never heard of that before!). Other than that, check in was quick and the shuttle happened to be on the property already so the ride was quick as well. When I returned a few days later they took about 15 minutes to arrive (much longer than other shuttles) and were rude to me because apparently I keyed in something wrong when I called. The worst part though is... when I was finally about to be done with their poor business, my car wouldn't start! They 'valet' parked my car (moved it about 20 feet after I parked it when I checked in and left my seat in the position for their short legs, not my long ones) and my battery is brand new from Les Schwab in November so I am 99% sure that something they did caused my car to die. They were able to jump my car from their shuttle and luckily I was able to escape after a few minutes of trying to get it started, although I drove in circles for a minute because the exit is hidden and poorly marked. I certainly will not be using this company ever again. more

Initially we were little wary about parking our brand new car here as we read few bad reviews. But ""guess what"" they turned out to be ""really good"". Pickup/drop was on time (and we had kid/infant). Sometimes a delay of minute or two delay in they call center looked common as with all parking garages. But for the price they offer, they ARE very good! They even waived few hours of extra time i took to take my car out :) Highly recommended! (they are not really that far from Airport and shuttle to us looked good as other pricey players). more

Best parking service in town. I wouldn't think of leaving my car anywhere else when I leave town. Everyone is very friendly, and they make you feel like your car is safe when you're out of town, and it clearly is evident that it is safe when you come back, when it's in the same condition as when you left it. My husband and I used Park N Jet SeaTac Airport Parking for the first time when we flew to NYC in June 2011. The service was fast, shuttles dropped us off quickly and picked us back up within 5 minutes of calling. We will definitely park here again. Got a great rate to! more

Decent pricing, considering other options around the airport. The parking attendants make finding a space easier since they practically lead you to the open spaces. The shuttles run frequently and have signs to let you know when they will be arriving. That's my kind of easy service. I went old school and got the parking ticket, which is still easy thanks to the kiosks around the garage. It makes it so much more convenient when you're flying with one of the participating airlines. more

I hated my experience here! When I pulled up the guy made no eye contact with me, just said to pull forward and hand over my keys. The lot is completely creepy and in a bad neighborhood. I asked if they had 24 hours security, which of course there is, and if cars ever get broken in to. The man at the desk refused to make eye contact with me, and did not give me a straight answer regarding break-ins, only that he personally hadn't had a problem. It was obvious he was lying. He didn't ask for my name or reservation, just stated that he had all of my information from the security cameras. The shuttle wasn't the greatest, but was there right when I was leaving. When returning from my trip, I had to wait about 15 minutes for them to come pick me up, which seemed like forever after seeing the other parking lot vans pass by 3 and 4 times! I had to lug my suitcase in and out of the van myself (so there went his tip!) They also tried charging me $12 extra for returning late, which I was not late. I told him I would never be returning again, and then he waived the extra money. Thankfully, my car was unharmed and everything turned out fine. I will not be returning here, it's not worth the price!!!! Pay a couple extra $$$ and park in a safe location with friendly people! more

It's a little off the beaten path but they have a free shuttle to and from the airport so who cares? It's about a 5 minute shuttle so you don't have to worry about getting there too early. Of course, when I arrived and parked my car so did the shuttle. And I only waited about 6 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. It was by far the cheapest place to park for 7 days and I'll definitely be going back. #34548 more

#32926 on trip 5/14-21, 2011. Save money, reserve on line. No hassles; they take you promptly to the airport. As soon as you get your luggage call & they are usually there within 10 minutes. The only thing that might be a problem is you need to know which pickup # station is closest to your airline. My truck has ALWAYS been @ the office & service people polite & helpful. more
