Couldn't be Happier 4/1/2010

Russell is an excellent service advisor. I am also in the car business and Russell should be commended for his excellent service and attention to detail. My vehicle was practically detailed upon pickup. Great job all around! I couldn't be happier with the experience. I will be telling all of my friends how great the service experience was and recommend that they try it out. Beautiful facility and really nice loaner vehicle. I look forward to servicing with Pacific again and again. more

Got it done! 3/31/2010

Hassan did a great job to get my car back the same day.  He called to ask if I needed the car that evening because he didn't believe the repairs would be done same day.  I told him it was important to me to have my car that day, and he said he would make sure it got done that day, and it did. -Daniel B more
