Appreciate The Treatment I Recieved While Shopping 1/31/2011

Even though I was only purchasing a base model 128i, probably the cheapest car on the lot, the staff and salesman treated me just the same as if I were buying an M5. I really appreciate that. He was not simply moving a unit, he was indeed selling me a BMW. more

Both my sales rep and finance rep were great to deal with. My wife is planning to purchase a new car within the next 10 moths, and although we live close to the BMW dealership in Santa Monica, we will drive to Glendale to deal with both of them. more

I got out of the finance in less than 30 minutes and completed most of my inquiries through internet. There is no headaches buying a car from here when you know what you want to buy. Internet department is great will definitely recommend it. more

Sales Staff Is Very Knowledgeable & Friendly 1/4/2011

I bought my car here because they not only gave me the best price but also because the sales staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Most car dealers you go the salesman stalk you down and hound you to buy a car and if you tell them your "just looking" they treat you terribly, well not Pacific BMW. more

convenient web application 12/28/2010

I made an appointment online using their convenient web application. While booking the appointment, you can check an option to request a loaner vehicle (I'm not sure if they're available for free to everyone). I was able to book an appointment for the following day. When I arrived there, my service adviser, Marco Fausto, came out within 5 minutes. more
