Just wanted to give my THANKS to a board sponsor Greg Poland for making my recent car lease a "Great Process" instead of a hassle. I asked Greg Poland for a quote on a lease with European Delivery. He sent me the lease details including his trademark "Great Price". I ran the numbers he provided using the formulas found on Bimmerfest and they all matched to the penny. I confirmed with him all the information I had read on Bimmerfest concerning leasing and ED. He then sent me screen shots so I could confirm pricing, options etc. I was amazed at how simple and up front this whole process was. The only thing left to ask was how to sign. He mailed me the printed copies of the docs that needed to be signed and I mailed him back the signed docs and other required info. The thanks not only go for that simple process but also, accommodating the change I made to the car after it was ordered (added HK after reading all the stock sound reviews), answering all the additional questions that came up after the order, and his great attitude during the entire process. more

First, I contacted a few dealerships to see what deals they could offer and whether or not a lease was an option for me. This was mostly a disappointing experience, especially since most of those dealerships either wanted to haggle over the price, charged huge markups on MFs, or stopped replying to my emails once they found out that I wouldn't be the easiest customer to get approved through BMWFS thanks to a few late payments. Luckily, someone suggested I contact one of the board sponsors, so I got in touch with Greg Poland in Los Angeles. Greg didn't ask me to post this recommendation (hopefully he won't mind, either), but he deserves it after the great work he did to first get me approved for a lease with BMWFS (without a MF markup) and quickly and efficiently set up my ED appointment and car purchase. I also didn't have to negotiate the price at all - Greg offered his usual great pricing (set amount over invoice - very reasonable) without my having to ask. Furthermore, since I generally have learned to distrust dealers, he did his best to share all relevant information with me, including screen shots and whatever other information was relevant. I did not think buying a car could be so painless and simple. Greg's great, and he dealt with my 30+ emails quickly and professionally. I'd never thought I would say this - but this was actually a pleasant experience and if you are looking for a car in California, I really don't think you could do much better than to go with Greg. This is how car buying should be IMO. more

We had a good experience with Pacific BMW new car purchase experience. Recently, we got our brand new X3 from Pacific BMW. They did not have the car at our first visit. But it came sooner than told the delivery date. The dealership building was modern and impressive. We saw many vehicles up at the roof. After seeing the many beautiful new cars, I liked how our Natasha helped us build our own car before the order, and told us how we could see a video of our car being built. Both experiences were new and positive to us. more

I am writing just to give a thumbs up to Greg Poland at the internet department. He is very straightforward and will give you ALL the numbers on paper clearly via e-mail. I couldn't get the other dealers to do this for me (probably something they avoid doing so they can add to their bottom line on the sale). Greg is a great guy and very good about communicating and responding. No BS. Do not hesitate to contact Greg if you're in the market. more

I leased a BMW 535i from Pacific BMW last week. I have previously leased from a couple of other LA area BMW dealers, but none made the experience easier or more enjoyable than Pacific. Everyone from the salesperson to the finance manager to young man who delievered the car to me was wonderfully helpful and friendly. My salesperson helped me find the right car at the right price. There was absolutely no "push" from anyone at Pacific to get features or add-on's that I didn't need. This is my fourth BMW and probably only one of many, but I know where I will be going to get my next one!! more

I just a bought a BMW 328i at Pacific BMW in Glendale. It was the easiest and most fulfilling experience I've ever had with a car dealer. And I have purchased 31 cars in my lifetime. In fact, my last 8 cars were brand new Audi's. But I decided to try out a BMW, and boy was I not disappointed. The negotiations were easy. After I explained what my budget was, and what type of car and features I wanted, they offered several options. No pressure, after that. I am very pleased with the car I picked. So much better than Audi! Thank you Pacific BMW. I'll be back in a year or so for my next car. =) more

Just so everybody knows, this post has been 3+ years in the making. So it is not a one time rash review. I got a euro delivery 335i coupe from Pacific BMW back in 2008. This was before the economy crashed and so dealers had no problems selling these cars at or above sticker - ridiculous! Anyway I spent 9 months researching 35 dealerships in 3 states (yes I went all out to get a good deal ;)) before settling with Greg Poland from Pacific. He's hands down the most straightforward salesperson I've ever met. He knew I was active on the BMW forums and had thoroughly done my research. He gave me the best deal on the west coast, and that's no joke! He took care of my paperwork and didn't charge me an extra dime for the "hassle of European Delivery", as other dealers put it. Even after my car was shipped stateside and I had paid, he continued to service my requests. I had him add racing pedals and a front lip to the bimmer along with a ton of other accessories. He took care of everything, and always exceeded my expectations. He even recommended me to his insurance company so I could get a rock bottom deal on my car coverage - how friggin' awesome is this guy?!! I'm a little surprised by the other negative reviews here. I've always had a great experience with Pacific. Over the course of these 3 years they've sent me mementos like an artists fastback sketch of the 335i (which I framed and still hangs in my bedroom), a pen with a carbon fiber barrel, and invitations to BMW performance events. These may seem nominal gestures at first but I think it shows Pacific's commitment to customer satisfaction long after they've gotten their $$. Greg: Thanks a ton for everything man! I happen to always have great experience at the Pacific BMW dealership. I have one and only one salesman, Domenic, that I always go to, and he has been nothing but nice to me. He is very honest, and gives me the MOST affordable price and deals on cars out there. I have been getting my cars from him for a long time now and can not imagine going anywhere else! I love their accessory fests .. it's a lot of fun and great deals. more
