Everyone at Pacific BMW really helped me feel proud about owning a BMW. I felt very comfortable and at home while at the dealership. My car was brought down immediately and everything was done in a orderly manner. Service at Pacific BMW surpasses those are other (BMW and non-BMW) dealerships. more

Overall far exceeded my expectations 10/18/2010

Went to Pacific BMW out of convenience since it is near my house and it was definitely an unexpected but pleasant surprise! My experience with dealerships in the past has made me nervous but after coming in to just "look around" I was pleasantly surprised with the sales process and got a great deal on a lease. I had to come back a month later to get an item fixed (I knew about it at the time of my lease) and even that was a great experience warranty work was covered and got my car back the same day! I was so happy with the whole thing that I even bought myself a BMW chain from their store. Overall far exceeded my expectations and will continue to be a Pacific BMW customer! more

Very pleased 9/27/2010

I have recommended a few friends and co-workers that are BMW owners and they are all just as pleased with the service as I am. Being a first time costumer of Pacific BMW, I have been very pleased and I am still surprised of all the service maintenance that is covered. more

I was incredibly impressed at how friendly the staff was at this dealership. Eventhough I didn't purchase my car from there, I would without a doubt return for any future purchases and service needs. Greg is an exceptional service advisor, explained everything in great detail and very informative besides being very friendly and having a great sense of humor. more

My service advisor was Galo Mora and he provided excellent customer service. I have recently moved to Glendale and this is just my second visit to the Pacific BMW service department, but it has already surpassed my previous experiences at Century West BMW in Universal City, where I had been a client for over 15 years. more

I was on my way out of town for vacation with my boyfriend when my vehicle overheated. I was directed to Pacific BMW by a local gas station. I was really mad about my car and plans being ruined. My service guy was Rick Cotwright. He was really helpful to us and helped me get the car in quickly to check. Although I had to leave it there he helped me with the pricing and gave me a loaner car too. My vacation was saved, thanks Rick! more

Every time I make an appt, I get a chance to work with Service advisor Russel. He truly exceeds all the expectations, and I can tell you I have very high standards when it comes to service, since I work for a Financial Institution. Every single time I had promised an hour that the car would be ready, to my surprise I get a call a lot earlier. Please have more staff members like Russel. He truly represents the BMW Brand. Job well done. more
