The Team at Precision is fantastic. I found them when my S80 needed brakes replaced, they did a great job and won business while i lived in Seattle. No matter the issue, I could swing in, get educated pretty quickly and make a decision, the prices they quote are more than fair, and in most cases turned out to be the best in town. more

Being a girl one of the things i hate most is dropping my car off for service. The main reason is i know nothing about cars so i always have them call my husband. Both the guys at the front counter were very friendly and even showed me what was going wrong with my car "coolant leak".But i was super happy beacuse i had my old shop give me a estimate $1700.00. Precision Motorworks told me, i didn't need most of the parts my old shop told me i needed. So i walked out with only a $300.00 bill !!!!!!!\r MY BMW IS HAPPY AND I'M HAPPY \r \r OH YEAH AND THEY PUT ME IN A FREE LOANER CAR SO I EVEN MADE IT TO WORK ON TIME. \r \r Give these guys a shot. I know i will be bring my car back here when i have another problem.\r \r My husband dropped off his car here also and got nothing but great service !!!! more

THIS IS MY NEW BMW SHOP !!!!! My wife and I both own BMW's and we were referred by a good friend of ours. We have been taking both of our cars to the dealer since day one but the repair bills are always so expensive !!!! So i walk into precision motorworks and right away i feel at home because i got better customer service then the dealer the minute i walked in. Not only were there prices way better then BMW, they had my car done the same day !!! \r I appreciated their 100% honesty and treated me better then the dealer. more

Being a single girl, the thing i hate most is dealing with auto repair shops !!!!! I have to admit i know nothing about cars, that being said i never know if i'm being taken advantage of. So my car said i was low on coolant so i stopped at my old auto repair shop and they told me i would need $1,700.00 of work to fix the coolant leak. So i decided to get a second opinon at PRECISION MOTORWORKS and low and behold they found a hose was leaking and it only cost me $300.00 yay !!!! AND THEY GAVE ME A FREE LOANER CAR, SO I COULD GO TO WORK. All i can say is GIVE THESE GUYS A TRY ITS WORTH IT !!!!!!! more

I have going to Precision motor works sense they open at the location they are at know. would say over seven years their front desk and front door is open to anyone they have save me money on repairs. BEST PART ABOUT THEM IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE HONESTY. They are great people. more

This place was horrible. I had just a BMW and I thought I need someone specialized in BMWs. I brought my car in because the battery died. Vic told me told me that i need a new alternator and a battery with a cost over 1100.00 dollars. I was suspicious that I need a new alternator. I went with the repairs. A couple of weeks later there was a power steering fluid leak. Brought back to Precision motors and Vic told that the lines were rotten and need replace plus there was a leak my coolant system. The quote of about 1000.00 dollars. I decided not to go with it and took it to another mechanic that found that the power steering lines were loose. He tighten them and the leak is gone. \r \r Vic is selling repairs to customers that do not exist, so before you walk in make sure you b aware of that.\r \r I personally will not bring my car back. I don't trust them. more

They have been taking care of my cars since 1998. They are honest, dependable, affordable, and have even been able to accurately diagnose things on the phone(typically putting my mind at ease.)\r \r Finding a great mechanic can be tough, but you should consider this crew. more

Have you seen the Seinfeld episode where Jerry gives up his trade secret to get Puddy's mechanic to service his car? Now that I've been to Precision Motorworks, I'd probably give away a secret or two to continue using this fine repair shop. I was considering getting my catalytic converter changed (which can be an expensive proposition), and they patiently talked me through all of my options, including when I should get it done (not needed right away), whether or not to go aftermarket (doesn't always work) and how expensive it would be (they didn't give me an estimate, but showed me actuals they had done previously. All the estimates were less expensive than the 5-second conversation I had with my former shop. I haven't yet gotten the catalytic converter changed (waiting until next month), but have now used them for other services and have been more than satisfied. Highly recommended. more

I own a 98 BMW, and servicing this car can often be expensive and the service experience confusing and uncomfortable. I was looking for a place that was close to downtown, convenient to pick up and drop off my car and had a service experience I could feel good about. I got all of those things and more at Precision Motorworks.\r \r They offered me a loaner car, which I opted not to take (they are a 10-minute bus ride from my downtown office, which was more convenient for me) and also gave me a very detailed estimate prior to doing any work.\r \r I was able to make an appointment for the following business day and get great answers to my questions. The cost came in under estimate and was less expensive then I was expecting. \r \r All of this is a stark contrast to my previous experiences, which often had me making appointments a week in advance and acted like they were doing me a favor for giving them my business. And I could hardly get an oil change without a recommendation for $500 wort more
