They offered me a loaner car, which I opted not to take (they are a 10-minute bus ride from my downtown office, which was more convenient for me) and also gave me a very detailed estimate prior to doing any work.\r

I was able to make an appointment for the following business day and get great answers to my questions. The cost came in under estimate and was less expensive then I was expecting. \r

All of this is a stark contrast to my previous experiences, which often had me making appointments a week in advance and acted like they were doing me a favor for giving them my business. And I could hardly get an oil change without a recommendation for $500 wort
