GREAT SHOP FOR CAR REPAIR!! 5/2/2012

I did some checking around the office and was told Precision Motorworks was the best place to take my 2005 Volvo V70XC. I'm very glad to have a shop close by my work, plus I saved alot of money from not having to take it to the Dealership for my "Check Engine" Light. Only took a few days, and they gave me a Loaner Car too. Thank You! I will be back in to get that Timing Belt done before Summer :) more

I'm Very Happy!! This was a great experience taking my BMW to a new shop other then the Dealer who never seems to return my phone calls, but since my free maintenance was over, it was time to find a new shop. I did some searching and came across Precision Motorworks, I called and they got my car in the next day for an Inspection Service.. they even let me use a car just in case I needed to get the kids from school. The tech who worked on my car even talked to me when I picked it up. I will be back, and will recommend this place to all my friends.... Pros: null Cons: null more

Talked to me like I was a "Friend of the Family" 7/10/2011

I had called around several BMW type repair shops... Rocco at Precision Motorworks was the first guy who didn't talk to me like a dumb woman, it was almost like I was a friend of the family asking him for advice. Both Rocco and I think Karl? Had me and my daughter at ease with a genuine "Hello" as we entered the shop. I'm so glad I now have a new place to bring my car in for work, instead of waiting on someone at the dealer to find the time to call me back!!! more

great customer service 6/19/2011

Karl & John are amazing! I brought in a non-running Honda Accord. Jason and team diagnosed and fixed it for me the same day. I was looking to get rid of the vehicle and he was nice enough to keep it in his lot for a couple days before the donation service picked it up. Talk about going above and beyond! Great customer service and fair pricing. I'll be recommending this shop to any friends who ask me about a mechanic. more

the best 5/1/2011

My 5 year old kid played with the air conditioning buttons off my 2006 bmw and he kind of scrambled every thing up so I decided to go fix that as soon as possible cause you know summer is coming and I don?t want to be without AC in summer days. I went to Precision Motorworks cause I a friend recommended them. It took the Vic (I think that was his name) like 10 minutes to analyze and solve my problem and the price was lower then I had ever expected. I like them a lot and I strongly recommend them more

BEST Volvo Mechanic - EVER! 4/23/2011

Ive taken my 2004 Volvo S60R to Precision 3 different times for a heater core, clutch replacement, and 105k service. The first time i took it to them i called around several places and went there first because they had the best price quote. However now i just take it to them first - i dont even bother calling anyone else. more

highly qualified 4/5/2011

I took my 2005 BMW M3 for inspection at Precision Motorworks for the 1st time. They did an amazing work checked every thing I wanted (breaks, steering, electronics etc). The team is very professional, top notch work. I highly recommend Precision Motorworks to whoever looking for a highly qualified repair shop. more

Can truly see why this business has such high reviews by the experience I had today. Karl took the time today to evaluate and test drive my car for a possible clutch replacement. After driving my car, he felt that my clutch had more life left in it and advised me to wait before getting it replaced. I can't believe how honest and thorough he was...and he did it all for free. I will, without a doubt, be back there for any service that my 2000 BMW might need in the future...A++++ more

I was so pleased 3/6/2011

I was so pleased with the Precision Motorworks sensibility and honesty. I brought my car in with an idling problem and since it was only a fallen hose, the service was free. This was unexpected and because I wasn't taken advantage of, it has gained my future service and I'm bringing another friend along for the great service. Thank you. more

Overall, very satisfied with my experience with PRECISION MOTORWORKS. They re-did my suspension system and cv axles, plus the oil and a few belts while they were at it. We even had a misunderstanding during the process, and they went out of their way with excellent customer service to make sure I left a happy customer. They're without a doubt an honest and customer friendly shop (as we all know that is definitely important when deciding where to get a car fixed up!). more

The best experiance i've had 1/14/2011

The team at Precision Motorworks is Awesome. I have only been in a few times and i have yet to be dissappointed. There customer service is World Class. There office is very orginized and clean. They have a huge inventory parts so many they even have some hanging from the ceiling !! The owner john even took my kid for a tour of the shop (which i thought was really nice of him). Keep up the good work Precision Motorworks you now have a customer for life !!! more

Service that goes above and beyond 1/14/2011

I have been going to Precision Motorworks for five years now and I have never had a bad experience with them. They are thorough and they keep me well-informed about work they are doing on my car. They have a really professional & Customer friendly staff. They have free Loaner cars which is great ! no need bug friends for rides anymore. They really know what there doing they are always so honest. They will tell me up front whats needed and what can wait and even sometimes show me what going on with the car.(if its on the car lift) I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else. Precision Motorworks will be my shop for the rest of my life or my cars!\r \r Pros: Great Service & Loaner Cars\r \r Cons: NONE !!! more

Fast Service & Good Honest People !! 1/14/2011

I drive by this place everyday on the way to work. I decided to give them a shot since my car just came off warranty. I made a appointment and they offered me a free loaner car !!! I dropped the car off in the morning because i needed front brakes and a oil change and some other stuff waas needed. They gave a FREE loaner car that got me to work on time for my meeting. There loaner cars are great older BMW & VOLVO's they reminded me of the good old days. The service at the front counter was great the expained everything in great detail and there price for the work i had done was at least $300.00 cheaper than the dealer. I will be telling my friends & co workers about Precision Motorworks. From now on i will only bring my cars to Precision Motorworks. more
