Terrible, terrible, terrible 2/11/2008

Myself and 5 others went to this place for dinner. We sat down, ordered appetizers and drinks. When our drinks came we ordered dinner.\r Our appetizers eventually arrived as did our salads. We all got to talking and someone spoke up that it seemed like a long time since we ordered our dinner. We looked around and noticed that two other tables that were seated after us had already received their food.\r Our server came over and we inquired as to where our food was. She told us they were getting it ready in the kitchen and it should be out any moment.\r Ten minutes later our food finnally arrived. My steak was ice cold. my friends chicken was ice cold and my friends crab legs were frozen solid! We then asked for the management. They said they would re-make our dinners for us, but we told them we had already been waiting for our food for over an hour and we weren't about to wait another hour for them to cook us another dinner.\r We were about to leave when the manager told us we had to pay for our drinks because legally they couldn't give away alcohol. They charged us $50 for everything, including 3 sodas!\r We then decided to inquire about a corporate phone number and was told, by another gentleman named Josh who was now claiming to be the manager that there was no corporate phone number.\r The staff at this restaurant nereds a lesson in customer service and we also feel we are owed something in compensation for our terrible experience.\r \r Cons: The staff more

The Outback offers casual, simple dining with good value. The guys would enjoy a repeat visit to this Australian themed establishment. A Bloomin' onion tops the Aussietizer side of the menu. We ordered one take-out for the family at home. You can order curb side take away for your entire meal - Outback is set up for take-out service - even reserved parking spots on the west side of the restaurant. ""Mission Outback"" fed our troops - check out the website. :-) Pros: efficient service, value, a break from cooking more

When you step into Outback under the sign welcoming you to some bonzer tucker, a new world unfolds. Whether it be some Macaroo from the Joey Menu or an Aussietizer like the Bloomer, it is unmatched. Make sure to visit the Recycled Beer Department after a few Down Under Ritas. Pros: Bonzer, Tucker, Aussietizers Cons: Waitresses, No Worries Hour? Rip!, Bad Phone Reception more
