DISASTER from the moment I placed the order. No returned phone calls, no email, no correspondence after credit card was charged. Suspect it's a bogus company and had to call AMEX EX to stop payment and filed a fraud report.\r more

Upon using this company to begin with, I had to call about placing an order for custom shirt design because their site only offered a preview of one shirt, whereas I wanted to preview all shirts I had designed for print. When I called I was told, ""Our design department reviews all orders before printing. You can't see the preview of the other shirt but as long as the logo is the same (men and women), placement of the design will automatically be corrected. We deal with orders like this all the time, we know what we're doing."" I said okay. \r \r I then placed the order and shortly after received an email stating that I needed to correct the dimensions of the design. Because those dimensions are not visible online, I had to call again. I explained this to the woman and told her that the first time I called, I was told this would be corrected for me. She said, ""Let me put you on hold and have our design department look at it."" A few minutes later she came back and said that they had adjusted the placement of the logo and that I needed to confirm the design layout via email. I thanked her and then checked my email.\r \r Upon reviewing my email, the design looked fine and I clicked the link to approve the order to go through to the printing process. \r \r A couple days after I received confirmation that the order was being shipped, I was balancing my checking account and noticed I was charged for two orders. \r \r So, again, I called. I explained the situation to customer support and she told me, ""There is no one here who can place an order for you, so you must have placed two orders."" I said, again, that I had only confirmed one order and she replied with, ""Well. Who placed the other order, with our credit card then, not us?"" I hung up on her and called back hoping to get someone else. \r \r I explained that I had just called and whoever I spoke to was extremely rude and then I explained the situation again. She said the only one who answers the phone here is ""me"" after I got done explaining the part about having to call and having the ""design department"" fix the placement of the logo for me. She then said, ""We don't have a design department and you placed the order. I am the only one who answers the phone on the weekends and I never told you we have a design department."" I explained that never said she is the one who told me that and that I had called during to week, not the weekend, about the order to speak to someone. I explained that whoever I spoke to at that time had told me that the ""design department"" would fix the order and that is the only order that I confirmed placing. She said, ""No one would have told you that and there is nothing we are going to do for you. You placed two orders."" Again, I hung up the phone.\r \r Now I'm out $200. more

My first experience with Ooshirts was fantastic. They were very quick, the price was right and the service was smooth and most importantly, the product was exactly what I wanted. I ordered 25 shirts during that order. The second time I used them, it was equally as good and I ordered 148 shirts. I will recommend Ooshirts to the masses! Thanks Ooshirts! more

I had a wonderful experience with ooShirts! \r \r I ordered one shirt. Shortly after I submitted my order, customer service contacted me by phone and by email to let me know that if I made my shirt a different way, I could save $8. I was amazed. They could have processed my order and I would have never known. But they didn't. And they applied that money back into my account. \r \r I received my shirt in a timely manner and I absolutely love it! I like the style of shirt I picked and the print quality is great! I will definitely order from ooShirts again. more

AWFUL! They totally screwed up the color scheme on my shirts after I sent them multiple different values for the exact color. I called and they said they wouldn't let me talk with a manager and would basically have to ""deal with it"" because they wouldn't refund my money. Terrible terrible company. more

Terrible Experience! We placed an order for t-shirts and requested a proof. We had to call and ask for the proof. When it was sent, it was not correct. The customer service representative, Monique, was completely uncooperative and kept putting us on hold to ""punish us"" and had the nerve to tell us that is what she was doing. When we asked to speak to a supervisor, she refused. When we told her to cancel the order, which has not been started, she told us that they will only refund 85% of the order. I also contacted Customer Service through their chat to find out who to write to and this is the response that I received: ""Unfortunately we have a policy here where the managers do not get on the phone. I can understand why that would be frustrating. They were following the protocol that has been established here"" Seriously? The managers cannot talk on the phone? I promptly disputed the charges on my credit card and will never recommend this company! more

Had an EXCELLENT experience with ooShirts! They were very good about contacting me immediately when there was a minor issue with one of our shirt screens, and responded quickly to my questions when I contacted them (via email and phone)! The shirts arrived EARLY and look fabulous -- nice crisp design, even after washing. I would definitely buy from them again! more

GREAT!!! Our shirts turned out perfectly! There was an issue with the original uploaded picture on the shirt, and the customer service rep was very helpful in giving us options. They were delivered quickly and the printing and shirt quality are both wonderful. We have used expensive printing companies before and the results were the same as ooshirts but for twice the cost! Highly recommended! more

DO NOT USE OOSHIRTS\r Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They forgot about my order, and when I contacted them 2 weeks later wondering where it was, they tried to pretend it never happened. Not to mention poor quality shirts. It took me a month and a half for my order to come in when it should have been no more than 2 weeks. more

Worst customer service ever... especially a guy named Manou. We received the wrong shirts and by the time they delivered our actual shirts it was too late for our demo day. Poor quality in printing as well. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, very unreliable... more

Terrible quality. Silkscreen starts to come off after ONE washing. They don't stand behind their work and when it came time to redo the printing they stopped returning phone calls. Do yourself a favor. Find somebody else to do your printing. more

I have never took the time to write a review before, but this place is worth it. They didnt send me an email confirmation for my order, after 7 days I called to check and my order hadnt even been touched yet. So I asked to cancel and receive a refund. Which never happened. I had to go through my bank and despute the charges. more

Terrible customer service. Terrible quality. My experience with this company was more just horrible. Shirts were printed the incorrect shade, and they would not re-print them. It is obvious this company thinks they can exist without good customer service, or possibly even customers! Don't use this company, bad experiences, bad customer service...the owner needs to learn that without good customer service and without customers, he will not have a business! more

I've never felt compelled to write a review before, but I just have to make sure people know how awful this company is. I placed an order and paid for rush delivery because I needed the shirts by a certain date. After placing my order I called their customer service number to verify that the shirts would be here by the requested date. She said that they would. The shirts didn't arrive by the date requested. I called their customer service line. No answer. Tried contacting through their help email and received a message back a day later saying they were having a problem with the printer and that they'd check on my order. If you hadn't checked it, how did you know their was a printer problem? If there was a problem, why not contact me earlier? I have requested a full refund and haven't heard back yet. Just stay away. It's not worth the hassle. EDIT: They did refund my purchase the following week after several back-and-forth emails and were courteous along the way. It was still bad business to miss the delivery date and not at least notify me of any problems. If you have ample time and aren't overly concerned about quality I'd say give them a try. However, expect what you pay for and be prepared for possible headaches along the way. more

Attention was not paid to their 5/18/2012

Attention was not paid to their ""special instruction"" box. Print color and design was wrong with my first order. They fixed it without a problem. Second time I ordered, design was wrong on two orders, (out of 3) I caught it before they printed and they said they had it fixed. When I recieved the orders, one was still wrong. Refunded 20% of the order cost. The thrid order, the color was wrong again and they said that I had signed a waiver. However, they were the same shirts and color I had used before, just a different design and there were no problems with those. Then when I spoke to someone at the office they told me that my money would be refunded after I filed a ""misprint claim"" When the company called me, I was told that no employee would ever say that, thus basically calling me a liar. I should also mention that these shirts were all made to support my 5 year old daughter who is going through cancer treatment at Seattle Childrens Hospital. We have had many compliments on the correct shirts from staff and families there, and others wanting to do the same for their children. I WILL NOT be recommending this company to them. more
