Ooshirts

ooshirts are horrible! I went to them b/c they appeared to be the quickest way to get shirts for my promotion. First, their art dept screwed up twice on the first two proofs, so they missed my rush date. Second, the design lab is no representation of what they will deliver. I had a good looking shirt showing on the design lab. However, it did not scale properly to the ""proofs"" they present. Their ""proofs"" show the images they will be using but not how they appear on the shirt like the design lab. As a result, they're eyeballing suggested my front image should be 4.5"" wide which made the image height 6"" tall for a front pocket image. I did not notice the text 4.5"" wide and they certainly didn't say it was going to be 6"" tall. Uggh. So disregard the design lab as your shirt will not scale anything near what you create and measure your shirt and give them exact dimensions. Better yet, stay away from them b/c I showed them a photo of their shirt alongside a photo of their design lab and despite the glaring difference, a guy named Manu took ""pride"" in their work. more

I never write negative reviews. I only ever want to compliment a business if I ever write reviews. This experience was beyond awful and I wish with all of my heart that I would have read these reviews before deciding to work with ooshirts. I got the shirts for a fundraiser for my non profit to help pets. They have the ""guarantee"" that you will receive the shirts on their delivery date. For this reason and the cost, I decided to purchase from them. Our fundraiser was on Sunday, the shirts were supposed to be in on Friday. I called Friday morning to find out where the shirts were, I was told that she would call me back with a tracking number. After I hadn't heard back from them for a few hours I called back and spoke with Ross. He told me that their printing press was down and there was no possible way that I would get the shirts. I explained that I understand that things happen, but now we were not able to raise the money for the non profit and if they would have just contacted me earlier in the week, I would have been able to find someone else. So, needless to say, we had no shirts and no way to raise money for the pets. I told him to cancel the order. I spoke with misprints today because and asked them to keep the money that I had paid for the shirts, but I needed the difference in what I would have made for them. The gentleman that I spoke to said no way, kept getting off the phone with me and kept telling me that it was no their responsibility. They sent out the shirts and I received them 5 days later. He said that for me to get the refund I needed to send the t shirts back. T shirts that I asked them not to send me. T shirts that I no longer can use. T shirts that they have already printed and can no longer use. Why?! I asked to speak with a supervisor and he refused. The customer service was atrocious. I really hope that those looking for t shirts will look up reviews and that we can help. Please don't ever purchase from here, they are truly awful in every way. more

This company is bush league. I spent half a day running around trying to get a rush tshirt order done because Ooshirts failed to deliver on their promised delivery date. That's where the fun began. A call into their toll-free number will most likely go unanswered 99 out of 100 times, but on that 1 time mine was answered the rep told me she would locate my shirts at a local printer (this company just sources to printers in your area so what they actually do from a house is beyond me). Strangely she then informed me that company policy would prevent me from actually going to the printer and picking the order up. Upon telling her this was unacceptable she told me I'd get a call back within the hour. Days later I'm still waiting for their call. Emailed too. No response. Left VM. No response. I'd like the hours of life back that I spent listening to this company's hold music. I thought my cable company has the worst customer service imaginable, but Ooshirts managed to slide easily into 1st place. Luckily I found another company in my city to print same-day (at twice the cost I had spent at Ooshirts) but clearly you get what you pay for. I'm left believing that all these good reviews are written by Ooshirts staff. When you buy from them and your order is not delivered in a timely fashion and you get abysmal customer service don't say you weren't warned. Unbelievable. more

I am simply writing to help others. Do not use this company.\r \r Words cannot express how awful this company is, and the way you will be treated. I notice others have commented similiarly, and I would have been saved the hassle and drama if I had read this before placing an order.\r \r The customer service is AWFUL.\r \r Shirts not delivered, not notified. Asked for a discount, but I still wanted shirts. TOLD NO, only refund. \r \r Not sure shirts ever existed although I have email verfiying the guaranteed arrival date- published on the site day of purchase as well.\r \r Also: if you want to talk to someone there, allot hours (literally) to wait for someone to pick up. When they do, (fingers crossed) expect arrogance, rudeness, and no help. They they put blame on you, because you are upset about not getting your order and not being notified.\r \r Use another company. There are lots to choose from. more

It was a fabulous shopping experience and the order came out perfect. I ordered 34 shirts for our soccer practices - 4 coaches (red only) and 15 players (in both red and white). I designed the logo myself in Photoshop and uploaded the file via the web site. I had a couple of questions/concerns and Joe from customer service was extremely helpful throughout. I also ordered the wrong number on one of the players shirts (the list I was given had an error) - when we realized this Joe offered to take back the shirt and fix the number. Excellent job - I will be recommending you to the other teams/coaches at our club. more

If I could give negative stars I would. I have placed two orders from ooShirts (should have learned my lesson the first time). First order - there was an issue with my artwork (they couldn't print in a certain location even though the online tool had no problem with it). They called me and left a VM and fine, I understand. I called back within 3 hours but couldn't get a person on the phone. I tried every extension (there are only a few) and left VMs on all. A week later I thought ""hmm, better check in"". I emailed the generic ""Help"" email and left another VM (does anyone actually work there?!) I get an email the next day (8 days later) that said ""oh sorry we never got that so we've just been waiting for you to call and your order is on hold). What company wouldn't check in with their customer?! Rest of the order was fine though. Second order started ok. I approved the digital proof, which looked fine and waited for my order. Arrived on time but the smallish text was so blurry and smudged that you couldn't read it. Completely illegible. Considering it was my business logo, that was a huge deal. I filed a claim and called and email. NO RESPONSE. I emailed a week later saying I was filing a BBB complaint and wham! a call from customer service. They claim they had been calling me all week (yeah, sure). The guy then tells me that it's common for proofs to look better than the actual item because they're digital (why bother with the proof then?! This has never been the case with any other printer I've worked with). THEN he admits that the size of my text would be a problem for their machines, and that they should have called to 'warn' me. BUT they have a 'no refunds' policy and that they'd reprint the shirts but I'd have to significantly change the artwork to be bigger, which defeated the purpose of what I was doing in the first place. BUYER BEWARE. These guys are complete amateurs. Don't let the prices fool you. What you save will cost you in misprints and headaches. Stick with CustomInk instead. Their customer service is the BEST. more

If I could give this no stars, I would. They took my $30, and then sent me an email asking me to adjust my design because of possible copyright infringement, which I admit, was my fault. Well, I change my design, completely removed any photos, and then went to save and it wanted me to buy a whole new shirt. When I emailed them back THREE times saying I did what they had told me and it wasn't working. I asked them to please reply with some info on how to effectively change my design. they never replied. I finally just said that I wanted my money back, and of course they ignored that too. These people just steal your hard-earned money, something I dont appreciate. If I work for mine you should work for yours too instead of being a theif! WORST COMPANY EVER! more

ooShirts was the easiest and fastest option for me. The web visual interface make it easy to design the shirts and even add text and effects before printing. Great prices, short lead time, and good selection of shirts. more

Our order was sent to us incorrectly, but the customer service was great in resolving the issue. We understand that mistakes happen and because of how the issue was resolved will recommend Ooshirts to friends and family s well as reorder for our future shirt needs! Thanks! more

Everything worked out exceptionally well! I am so pleased with the quality of the shirts, the design, and the level of customer service that I received from ooShirts. The virtual design lab is a great tool on the website that enables customers to visually inspect the shirts without having to have them in hand. I would not change a thing! My order was for middle school aged girls, so I was concerned with that the adult sizes might not fit adequately. Upon receipt of the shirts, I immediately noticed how well they were packaged and how beautiful the design was. I was also very pleased to notice that the shirts were very soft and the design looked exactly like it did on the computer. When the shirts were given to the students, the sizes were true to fit, just as I anticipated, and all the students were excited and happy. more

After 3 iterations of me telling the ""designer"" what I wanted and them not listening, they finally got the proofs right. Apparently they don't do their own printing, though, and what the printer delivered didn't come close to the proof. For some reason the font was changed (to something really ugly), and the quality of the printing was bad - very faint and streaky. I asked for a reprint so I could have the shirts in time for a team event, but they said reprints take a week and they wouldn't expedite. So even though I placed my original order nearly a month before I needed the shirts, I won't have them. I have nothing good to say about ooShirts. more

This was my second order with ooShirts. Both orders were handled exceptionally. The first, in January 2010 for T-shirts to be delivered in AK. Top-notch. The second, in August 2010, was a for four-color silk-screen T-shirts for an event taking place two weeks from my order. Well, I decided to change my design. Called ooshirts to put that order on hold. Got a customer service person instantly! No wait. I changed my design and called them back. Again, instantly a person on the phone. ooShirts reviews designs before printing. They wanted to be sure they had the correct font for my .EPS file. I told them what it was (Herculanum!). Oh, and I said, can you add a bit of text to the design and change the mix of T-shirt sizes? Yes, and Yes.... was there response! And the whole shipment of T-shirts arrived exactly as I wanted almost a week before I expected, in time with quite a bit of margin before the event I needed the T-shirts for. The bottom line: absolutely the best customer service and product, the T-shirts, look fabulous. On a separate but related note, I just started running last year so when I was on the phone with one of the reps I asked about silk-screen shirts using the Nike Dri-Fit type material . Well, of course they have them (champion ""Double Dry"" and Alo (a brand I had never heard of but turns out they make the best quality athletic shirts I have ever worn). I am and will continue to be a repeat customer. I rarely experience the level of customer service that ooShirts has provided to me. more
