We were recently at One if By Land... and had a fantastic dinner. The dessert course was the absolute best. It was my date's birthday and they brought out extra desserts for us to sample. The gianduja mousse was ethereal, chocolaty, and not cloyingly sweet. The banana bread ice cream had phenomenal flavor. The almond milk panna cotta was a fascinating study in textures and flavors, pairing side by side strawberry soda, lychee sorbet, strawberry tapioca, and strawberries and lychees. This is the best dessert course to be found in Manhattan today. Thank you to the pastry chef!
