The entire dinner was really nothing to write home about. It was a pre fixe menu (valentine's weekend) so I won't judge too harshly. It was all pretty much ruined however when the maitre de came over to my table and asked if I wouldn't mind having my after dinner drinks at the bar because there was a couple waiting to be seated. I told him I really wish he would have just asked the waiter at what point we were in our meal. He would've realized I had already asked for my check. Really unforgivable and embarassing considering I asked for the check the minute they cleared our desert plates. I didn't even order coffee. Way to ruin my 7 yr anniversary with my girlfriend. I won't over analyze their motives. Just a very unfortunate experience.
