Help when needed 7/2/2016

John and his crew went beyond to help in a need with my granddaughters vehicle. Japanese Auto deals with mostly HONDA vehicles but I needed help with her Hyundai and John stepped in and helped. That is what going above and beyond is to John and his team. more

Fast, Courteous, Well Explained service. 7/2/2016

John is very friendly. He took time to explain what they would do and why they would do it. Without shopping around for price I don't know if they were more expensive than other shops, but I got my car back when he said it would be done and the problem is fixed. Thanks John. more
