Needed to get home 11/18/2016

Dropped off vehicle for an oil change and was going to pick it up around closing time. I got sick at work and asked John if it was ready for me yet and he said no. I explained that I needed to go home as I was ill, John said it would be ready for me in 30 minutes, which is just about how long it took for me to get there. Many thanks to everyone there, you guys always go the extra mile. more

2003 Acura TL 11/4/2016

First time customer. Very impressed. My dentist told me about John and his business. No nonsense, low pressure, friendly, fair, timely. I only have good things to say. I will be a regular customer. This Acura is 13 years old and it just keeps on going. Thanks John more

Excellent work in diagnosing the check engine light problem. Omaha Japanese Auto Repair has been responsible for the maintenance of my vehicle for the entire 170,000+ miles. I wouldn't trust it to any other shop. more

I liked that I was able to get in on a fairly short notice. 9/29/2016

Even though I had not met John, he greeted me by my name when I came in, of course I knew that it was from the appointment that was scheduled. He was very nice, I listened when he was speaking to other clients, he didn't try to sell things like the auto dealers that we were taking our cars to previously. We will bring our cars back to Japanese Auto Repair, our experience was great. more
