John was able to help and diagnosis the problem, and fix the problem fast (within the afternoon). He test drove the car, heard the problem and fixed it. Nice guy. Great assistance. Great service. more

oil leak 12/31/2016

I had an oil leak on my car and wanted to know where it was coming from. John looked at it and had already pulled up my old service records and realized we had seen this leak earlier. He suggested that I also do the timing belt when I get this leak fixed because it would require taking off the timing belt anyway. Trying to save me money on the labor part. We both opted to wait for a few months because it can wait and will be expensive to get fixed. Always gives me options. I so appreciate that and his honesty. more

Great customer service. John gave me a clear and honest appraisal of what needed to be done and the repairs were finished in less time then he estimated. The bill came to 50% less than what the nearby Honda dealership estimated. From now on all my CRV maintenance and my daughter's CRV maintenance will be handled by John and his crew. more

It is so nice to have the owner of a business greet you by name. John runs a very professional service but still is very "hands on" . You can trust him totally with the work that is done and with suggestions of what he recommends to be done. I am so glad that we switched the servicing of our two Hondas several years ago from the local Honda dealer to Omaha Japanese Auto Repair. more

John is an expert on Hondas. He not only did excellent work on my Pilot, he saved me about $500 on unnecessary work proposed by another mechanic. Great customer service! more

My car is purring like a kitten. 12/15/2016

John keeps me informed as to what the next maintenance is going to be with my Acura MDX. This time he repaired the brakes and some of the fluids and what a difference it made. I feel safe and secure on my frequent long trips because I know John and his men are keeping my car in good condition. more
