Brakes 7/28/2016

John was very helpful in diagnosing our brake problem. He was able to test drive, show the problem, and discuss the problem at hand. He provided you with options and liked his honesty regarding a nuisance versus safety perspective regarding our warped rotors. We feel confident with his skills and with his 24 month/ 2 year warranty is really reassuring as well. more

First-Tier Service for a Reasonable Price 7/21/2016

In addition to the quality service, I really appreciate the information provided on each invoice regarding proper maintenance of a vehicle. The invoice includes precisely what was done and, more importantly, why it was necessary. OJAR goes the "extra mile". more

I have no problem spending my lunch hour talking to John while my car is being worked on. He is so helpful, gives me tips, and updates about my cars. My Honda Pilot has 240K miles on thanks to Omaha Japanese Auto Repair! more

Another Positive Experience 7/13/2016

I had taken our van to a couple of different places to have the tires checked. Jon was very upfront and told me the tires needed replaced. He walked out to the parking lot and check them before I left. His willingness to be a little hands on with coustomers about thier cars gives us confidence that he isn't just trying to sell us something. If your car dosen't need something, then he isn't going to try to get you to buy it. I also appreciate him telling us what the exact cost of something is before he actually does the work. more
