John understands what "customer service" really means and delivers it. I love that he explains what he's done and in the printout he gives I get it all in writing.that explains everything that was done with my car and why as well as possible things to watch in the future---like tires needed. I had 89,000 miles on my tires--darn right I needed new ones so I didn't drive with slicks this winter. I love that he carries Cooper tires (made in the USA) but he just gave me the price so I could check around and his price was the best. He is timely--he says when my car will be done and then notifies when it is done via text message. I really can't imagine using any one else for my Honda. more

Came in for an oil change and got more. 9/28/2017

I called for a routine oil change appointment and asked about a few other things. I was able to drop the car off for the night before and received it earlier the next day. I received great information and feedback about my concerns as well as the repairs I needed. Thank you! more
