The Mold Inspection Services They Provided 12/14/2010

I have had bad allergies all my life, so anytime I move, I make sure to have mold testing done before I sign a lease. I recently used Olympian and found them to be very professional and reasonably priced. A customer service oriented company more

Home Inspection Review 12/14/2010

We decided to use this home inspection company after looking and asking around. They were very nice and very helpful with finding out the exact condition of the home. They were on time and looked at everything so carefully, which gave us good security that our investment would be a good one. Everyone must get a good inspection before they buy any home. more

Great Brooklyn Home Inspection Company 10/2/2010

It didn’t take but seconds for my inspector to point out various foundation cracks and active termite infestation. We continued through the home to learn of a troubled plumbing and electrical system, and we finished off on the roof, noting evidence of a previous fire and worn material. It was a very good feeling to have someone by my side looking out for my best interest. Excellent service and very good pricing. more

Fantastic inspection service 9/28/2010

We thought we weren’t going to need a home inspection for our condo apartment. Our broker assured us that “noone needs a home inspection for a coop or condominium apartment”. Well after having a thorough home inspection by olympian, they uncovered water pressure issues, leaks in the ceiling from the apartment above and a hidden source of mold growing in the back of a well stocked closet. I have to say it was well worth the investment. Great service and fair prices with a thorough and understandable written report. Don’t buy anything without getting an excellent inspection from an excellent company like Olympian first. more

A Brooklyn Home inspector that is well worth it 9/27/2010

After shopping online for a Brooklyn home inspector and after interviewing around six home inspectors, it became quite clear that Olympian would be my pick. Although there were no unusual findings, I have peace of mind that a high quality and very thorough home inspection was performed prior to my signing of the contract. Many people need to learn the hard way and go with the cheapest inspection money can buy, but a few phone calls and some simple questions helped me see that excellent home inspection services are far and few between. I believe that without a doubt, it was money very well spent. more

A terrific home inspector 2/26/2010

I hired dennis to inspect my new home after various people tried to persuade me of the unimportance of inspecting a newly renovated home. Boy were they wrong. Dennis found everything from leaks and water damage to electrical issues. Don't let anyone convince you otherwise...a home inspection is very important. The prices were very fair for the expertise rendered. Service was terrific. more

Brooklyn Window replacement 1/27/2010

I own a multi family building in Brooklyn. I needed windows replaced throughout the entire structure. They offered a great price so I gave them the task. A very reasonable company to work with and I will certainly have more work for them in the near future. more

Whole house painting 1/26/2010

I had George come in with his crew last summer to paint my house. It was a very nice job. They covered all of the nearby grounds and plants so that no damage was made. He used the paint I supplied and it looks perfect. I recommend them to everyone that I know. more

roof replaced 1/24/2010

Very competitive and was recommended by a business associate. The job was completed in a very orderly manner and completed on time. George managed the project with his trained roofing guys and in no time, replaced the old roof with beautiful slate roofing I wanted. Please give them a try if you are looking for honest reliable roofers. more

George was an easy pick once I decided that I was ready to move forward with the new kitchen that I had been dreaming about for so long. He responded to my calls, honored his online sale price and was on time with the jobs completion. The finished product is flawless and all the workers were a pleasure to have on the job. Bathroom renovation job 1/22/2010

After a long search for the right bathroom renovation company, I chose George. He’s like a construction guru and knows just about everything remodeling related. I saved a ton of money on this renovation and there was literally no sacrifice in accomplishing that. The guys are very pleasant and I am a very satisfied customer. Basement remodeling into a rentable living area 1/2/2010

Excellent choice for construction and remodeling in your home. They beat out competitors prices drastically and did not cut corners on the work. I got everything I needed and saved at least $8,000 using this company. I am very happy to rant and rave about the basement remodeling job these guys did for me. Well worth every penny now that I can get a good rent for the basement apartment. more

Bathroom remodeling job in my building on Queens Blvd. 1/1/2010

They complied with the boards requests and requirements prior to beginning work and were approved to work in my building. George was very accommodating as far as getting me samples and giving me ideas to improve upon the existing design of my bathroom. The remodeling estimate was very reasonable and he stuck to the initial contract costs, except for where I made changes in the plan. The work is beyond my expectations and now at least two of my neighbors that saw the finished work want to hire George this spring to do their bathroom and kitchen remodeling. more

My new interior wood staircase 12/31/2009

They ripped out the old staircase and installed a new one. The job took 5 days and the price was better than the three other companies that gave me quotes. The wood work was beautifully finished with the stain I had chosen and I am very thankful to George for all his hard work. Happy New Year George! more

Very affordable bathroom renovation 12/31/2009

Just because I live in Park Slope Brooklyn, some of the bathroom renovation companies seem to just think that I had $18,000 and up to remodel my bathroom. For just under $13,000 George and his crew got the job done without delay. In these days with a poor economy I think that everyone is more cautious of whom they choose to hire and how much to spend. These guys are honest hard working professionals and I am very proud of my new bathroom and my decision to go with these guys. more

These guys gave me the best price from the start and the work came out so amazingly nice. If you are in the same boat as I once was, I know what you are going through trying to decide on the right company to remodel your kitchen.
