I hired dennis to inspect my new home after various people tried to persuade me of the unimportance of inspecting a newly renovated home. Boy were they wrong. Dennis found everything from leaks and water damage to electrical issues. Don't let anyone convince you otherwise...a home inspection is very important. The prices were very fair for the expertise rendered. Service was terrific.
