I recently took my car to NW body and frame to have the right front fender, hood, and bumper replaced due to a fender bender. The repair only took a week which I thought was great. After dropping off my rent car to pick up my vehicle, I found the bumper falling off (they did not replace the bumper brackets), the hood was not painted correctly (no clear coat or buffing done), worst of all the left front fender was now damaged (which was not when I dropped it off.) My insurance would not cover for another rent car since these morons released my car. So I had to take off work and bring my car back to NW Body. After arguing with them about fixing my car correctly they agreed to fix it right this time. I returned back that evening to find that the hood had been buffed, but the bumper was still out of alignment, and the left front fender was still crashed out. Mike the ""manager"" said that the fender was already damaged on the left side. I know it wasn't and when I asked to see the insurance pictures of the vehicle before the ""repair"" he refused. So I was very angry and left. The next day my motor was running very hot, so I had my car towed into a local gas station to have it checked out. The mechanic said that the core support that holds the radiator in place was severly bent and my radiator is cracked. I called Mike back to tell him and he said to bring it back in and they would take care of it. So I took off work again and dropped off my car to be repaired(again without a rent car). I returned back at the end of the day to find my car covered in greese and coolant, inside and out. The radiator had been replaced, but the core support that holds the radiator had not. The core support was bent bad enough to puncture my battery. On the way home, I noticed my car was running very poorly. I took it to a mechanic on the way home and he said that some one unpluged many of the sensors on my vehicle. Everyone, DO NOT USE NW BODY AND PAINT !!!!
Cons: Repair quality, customer service, short-handed staff
