I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WHEN I HAD MY CAR REPAIRED AT NORTHWEST BODY & FRAME. AFTER VISITING MANY SHOPS, DAN TOOK THE TIME TO GO OVER THE REPAIR ESTIMATE WITH ME, HE EXPLAINED THE REPAIR PROCESS TO ME AND TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT A WEEK, 4 DAYS LATER I GOT A CALL THAT MY CAR WAS READY, NOT ONLY DID I GET MY CAR BACK EARLY THEY WASHED AND CLEANED UP THE INSIDE ALSO, THE WORK LOOKS WONDERFUL AND I JUST HAVE TO SAY YOU ROCK!!!!
