I was excited to find an ""unique"" restaurant where my family and I could go to for our traditional Sunday breakfast and that is near our home, then we ate there. We were treated like we were not wanted. To quote the host ""we do not want to overwhelm our kitchen, so it will be a 30 minute wait."" Mind you, there were several empty tables and what were they thinking staffing with inept help at Sunday brunch! This did not bode well, but we hung-in-there. We were eventually seated, but were lost in no-man's land where service was rare, which means only one cup of coffee for you. When we eventually got our order. My strawberry french toast was covered in sugar and barely a strawberry to be seen. My husband had something with country sausage gravy, but could not get sausage with his meal. Huh? My two-year-old son was tired of the 1.5 hour process and was ready to jump off the deck. Sadly, the view was the only thing good about the experience. No one gave us a bill, so I went to the front and stood there like an idiot until I could get someone's attention. Please go only if you have low expectations and high self esteem because this place is as welcoming as a rodent in your soup.
