This people will care only if the customer is buying Diamond else no respect for you. They show an atitude if you ask them any gold item when they are helping the diamond buyer. I was quite surprised being in US the people have not learnt how to treat the customer. The ownser or salesperson need to attend some training about how to treat the customer. Just a suggestion if possible please stay away from this shop, Don't visit there and spoil your mood. When I bought a diamond set a year ago I got a good service. This time I visited to buy a gold item they did not even care to show the items. Very attitude people... more

Worst customer service I have ever seen. 9/10/2007

No value for the customers.. the way they show their items are like, if you want take it otherwise we can sell it anyhow type.. if there is a person who is purchasing diamond and you are there for some gold items, they don't even care for you, both the customer service representative will be assisting the person who is shopping for diamond than talking with you... People shud ban going to such places and teach them how important it is to treat all the customers by giving equal respect. In US anybody can afford anything.. more

I have been to this place once before. First impression - not very good but would say ok, it was too crowded when i went and so had to wait for someone to attend to me. After waiting for 15 to 20 minutes finally someone came to help. No complaints from that point onwards. The salesperson was very helpful and showed me a lot of variety in what I was looking for. Must say - impressive collection. I bought a bracelet that I wanted to gift to someone. I have not gone there again,not because I don't like the place or anything but there was no need. more
