Buc Johnston immediately made us feel welcome and provided detailed information on a number of models. He spent time showing us all the options of each one and offered us an opportunity to access each option and then offered us to take the cars out for a test drive. He selected a course of travel that allowed us to see how the vechicle handled on highway, city road, gravel and speed bumps. This really helped sell the style we selected. We had visited a number of dealerships close by, who were always pleasant until the negotiation began and then spent hours playing the back and forth game. Buc never used the expression, "So what can I do to make you purchase a car today". He treated us with respect, listened and heard what our budget limit was, wrote up the offer and took it immediately to sales manager and returned with an agreement. The manager took time to introduce himself. The finance officer, had paperwork ready, took time to review all information and make sure we understood all details. Organized and professional. Salesperson, Ryan spent time working with us to access the Bluetooth option and process. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed. Is actually the first time we can honestly say we enjoyed the experience of purchasing a new car and will definetly be returning customers and refer family and friends.
