BEST Hidden Treasure in Seattle 5/2/2007

I had never tried Greek food before visiting Niko's Gyros in Magnolia. Now having been different restaurants, this is the best I've had. Everyone I've taken there agrees. Definitely worth the trip into Magnolia - best restaurant in the neighborhood in my opinion. I go to this restaurant at least 2x a week, and everyone that works there knows me and is very friendly. Excellent food and service, very authentic and owned by a family straight from Greece. A+++++ Pros: Everything! Cons: Often many small kids so if you don't enjoy that, order to go. more

Best darn hole in the wall this side of Naxos 6/1/2006

Counter service, but the food is made from scratch with love. This family run joint is perfect for everyone. The roast chicken is fabulous and each dinner comes with a BIG greek salad and rice or potato. Order one meal for take out and it will be enough for two, seriously! Blue & white interior with travel posters and Greek music. Papa runs the till. Lots of Greek wines by the glass. I love the fact this place is in my neighborhood because it is easily a destination. Picnic tables to eat outside. Suggest you cehck the chaulkboard for the daily specials! Pros: Food, Value, Greek Wines more

Can't get enough! 5/27/2004

This is by far my favorite casual Greek diner! The greek fries are delicious, as are the traditional greek gyros! Comparable to those found in Athens! Pros: Inexpensive, Friendly, Delicious more
